We no longer have product registration. The terms of your warranty have not changed in any way. Simply hold on to your receipt and if you require service in the future please give us a call or send us an email. |

Unfortunately, we do not sell parts online. You can get parts by calling consumer relations at 800-332-1110. Just so you know, we do not have parts available for all models. |

All Fans-My brand new fan is giving off a strange odor, is this normal? |

When the fan was manufactured there was a lubricant put on the motor. If you run the fan continuously on high for 24-48 hrs. the smell will go away. We recommend doing this in a well ventillated area, such as garage or basement

All Fans-Where do I get the special tool to open my fan? |

There is no special tool to open the fan, if your fan came pre-assembled then there is no way to open it. We recommend using a pipe cleaner or dust wand to loosen debris and compressed air to blow it out.
