Kids bands are intended for children ages 3-12. Although BUGOFF! Wristbands are non-toxic, we do not recommend them for use on children under the age of 3 or on animals.

We no longer have product registration. The terms of your warranty have not changed in any way. Simply hold on to your receipt and if you require service in the future please give us a call or send us an email. |

BUGOFF! - How long is the BUGOFF! wristband good for? |

The wristband will last for 180 hours of use. When it is not being used it can be put back into the package and then sealed in a plastic bag.

McGuire Lawn and Garden- Sometimes I get green coloring on my hands from touching the McGuire plant stakes. Is this harmful? |

Some of our plant stakes are dyed with an all natural, non-toxic green vegetable dye, similar to food coloring. Hands may get stained if wet. If stained, wash hands with soap and water and run stained clothes through normal wash cycle

Outdoor Insect Killer-Can I leave my bug killer outside year round? |

For best results, the unit should be installed in early Spring and left on continuously through the insect season. Your unit is designed to withstand normal weather conditions but should be brought indoors during severe weather (Hurricaines, Tornados, Snow/Ice Storms)
Replace the bulb every 1000 hours of use for best results. |

The UV bulb in your unit will, on average, last about 1000 hours. If running your unit 24 hours a day, this is equivalent to 42 days or about 1 and a half months. Since most people only turn the unit on at night, it would stretch the time out to about 3-4 months, or a season. |
