The humidfier is easy to fill and does the job very well for a 13x28 ft. living room and an 8x12 dining area.  The adjacent bedroom benefitted too.  It is not so easy to clean especially the two tanks. It is hard to remove the mineral deposits from the cone and area where the filter sits.

Bed, bath, beyond no longer carried the uv light nor the filters.  Instead of using the internet - my stupidity - I called for replacements. I paid for a hefty shipping fee and this enormous box arrived filled with more than 12 air packets in which were these two tiny packages There wasn't a  packing list but I was charged more than $24 for what  should have cost $18 plus tx. The person who took the order was not pleasant either.
