Purchased the "6" pack of Pur filters for our faucet mounted Pur filter unit. Contact Pur/Kaz customer service since faucet unit was still flashing "red" even after installation o f replacement filter. Subsequently received an offer to replace unit with newer model which included (4) additional filters at a great price, very pleased with customer service, and special pricing offers as well.

Works well, so far. Great mineral taste in the water. I've heard horror stories about leaking filters, but so far, so good.
