money well spent
Good filters, great value
Our tap water smells strongly of the river in town and gives it a terrible taste. We bought bottled water for years because I didn't think a filter would make it okay. But these filters really do the trick. We get fresh, clean water. You can't beat the value of the 6 pack, either. My only problem with these filters is that they don't last as long as I would hope. Each one lasts about 6-8 weeks.
PUR Water Filters
I purchased a six pack of PUR filters for my PUR Water Filter and as far as I'm concerned they are very good products.
odor
The filter appears to have been changed from earlier models. The water came out black for a while in the old filters but they did a good job with the odor. The new ones do not.
