I am happy with the product itself but not with customer service. The bait would not fit in my old zappers so I called to get 2 cages and the representive said he would send 2 but he only sent 1. I bought 3 baits but I can only use 1 it in one of my zappers.

When i tried to open one by peeling back the top per instructions,it was impossible because they were all stuck together. I
tried two of them before calling the company. I live out in the middle of nowhere with lots of bugs and this product works great,
