The products I purchased were just fine - that being filters and the cleaning ball cartridges for our humidifier. My only complaint is that while I generally order but once a season - if is only AFTER the fact of my purchase that I am then swamped with discounted offers. They are of no use to me after the fact!

Protec cleanig cartridge
Really like the easy use of these cartiridges. I feel like I'm doing the most I can to benefit from my vaporizer. I use it nightly during heating season and haven't had a cold or upper respiratory inf in about 3 years.
Good Value
Living in an area of Colorado where the water is very hard, these capsules are needed to ensure a long life for the humidifier. Wish they were a little cheaper though.

Clean water for peace of mind!
I've been using these Protec balls ever since my daughter came into my life, and I've not regretted it! The humidifier I use is the dual-tank Vicks V790 (i think), and it seems to help keep the mineral pad going longer and heating element less affected by the hard deposits! Only issue is when replacing water in my tanks I have to be reeeeaaaaally careful not to jiggle the balls around in the empty tank, les it might wake up the baby! :P

I bought a humidifier, multi-pack of filters, and multi-packs of these cartridges. Unfortunately they were poorly packaged and the cartidge packets burst open, causing the cartridges themselves to split open and spill all the little pellets out. I love the products but the way they are packed for shipping was abysmal.

The Protec Antimicrobial Cleaning Cartridges are wonderful. Before I started using the cartridges I would add a liquid Humidifier cleaner to the water that I used in my humidifiers. The Protec cartridges keep the humidifier much cleaner then the liquid cleaners and I don''t have the extra work of adding a cleaner everytime I add water.

Seems to Work!
These cleaning cartridges seem to be keeping my humidifier cleaner. It used to have a slight slimey film on the bottom of the reservoir whenever I cleaned it, but since using Protec, that seems to be better. I would buy these again.

Protec PC-2
We found that the use of protec PC-2 reduced the pink alge that forms in the bottom of the base. Also noticed less odor. Note that we boiled our water prior to each use also helped.
Demineralization cartridge DC-51
The DC-51 was very useful in eliminating the white dust from the water that was causing a white residue on furniture. The combination of the protec PC-2 and the DC-51 makes a great combination in our vicks v5100jvc ultrasonic humidifier.

Makes a HUGE difference in how often we have to clean out the humidifiers and with 3 of them going every night, it is WELL worth it. Great product!
Good Deal on Protec Cleaning Cartridges
I bought the multi-pack of the Protec Cleaning Cartridges directly from Kaz because, frankly, it was the best deal I could find. I've been using these cartridges successfully for a few years with our two humidifiers (we live in the desert, it's dry, what can I say). The cartridges keep the machines running well without getting icky. Will continue to use these.

We have very hard water and if I use these and the demineralization cartridges I save myself a lot of extra cleaning.

This product is new to me. I will know how well it works in a few weeks when I replace the cartridge.

The cartridges worked as advertised. This was as bargin at the price I paid. The cartridges are easy to use. I am completely satisfied and will purchase more as needed.
Great Product
We have been using a Vicks Cool Moisture Humidifier for two years now. I only recently found out about the Protec Cleaning cartridges. Have been using them for a little over a month now, and they definitely make a huge difference in helping keep the tank and machine clean for a longer period of time. Will be using these from now on!

I have good dental reports because I use these brushes. They get into areas a toothbrush can not reach. They also are a contributor to good dental hygiene. I highly recommend this product.
Protec cartridges
Because of the dry dessert climate I need to humidify my home all year around. After several different products, I am now a 100 percent believer of Protect cleaning cartridges. Other cleaners that were put into the humidifier unit dispensed some type of sticky residue which got all over everything, even items stored in dresser drawers. This product is unconditionally the best on the market.
Questionable Benefit
This product promised reduced cleaning, but I have not yet noticed a significant difference in the frequency of necessary cleanings.

Neat product
These are a good price, but I'm not sure they actually extend the life of the filter like I thought they would. Glad I got them here though because I haven't seen them anywhere else.
This works great!
I was using my hunidifier and I noticed mold on the filter, Our water is terrible although the water authority would never admit it! I have used this product before and they make a difference. They actually eliminate bacteria and mold growth extending the life of your filter.

This are super-easy to use. My only complaint is the ridiculous amount of packaging used for these tiny tiny things. That could definitely be cut down.
Helps and Good Price
The price for these cartridges is very fair. They cut down on the slime in the humidifier. I still add a tbsp. of white vinegar and use hard water filters.

These cartridges work great. I had noticed my unit would be a little slick on the bottom when refilling with water if I had not used it for a few days. I would have to clean it when refilling. No worry with these cartridges! So glad I found these!
