WE BOUGHT A SOFT HEAT PLUS IN 2011, THE WIRES BECAME STRIPPED, THE WHOLE FAMILY HAS TAKEN PART IN USING THE SOFT HEAT FOR VARIOUS PROBLEMS,WE HAD TO PURCHASE ANOTHER ONE THIS MONTH ON THE 19TH AT THE BASE, WE DID NOT SEE THE PART ABOUT HAVING A 5 YEAR WARRANTY ON THE FIRST ONE, WE DID READ THE INSTRUCTIONS BUT I GUESS BECAUSE WE THREW THE BOX AND THE INSTRUCTONS AWAY AFTER PURCHASING IT WE NEGLECTED TO REMEBER ABOUT THE WARRANTY UNTIL WE BOUGHT THE NEW ONE.WHAT CAN YOU DO FOR US FOR THE FIRST ONE WE CANNOT FIND THE RECEIPT , IT WAS BOUGHT IN 2011.WE HAVE EJOYED YOUR PRODCUT BECAUSE ITS BIG AND SOFT ALSO HAS A LONG CORD, AUTOMATIC SHUTOFF,WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANYTHING YOU CAN DO FOR US, WE STILL HAVE THE OLD ONE

This is the secnd HP910 I have purchased, and this latest one is a replacement from KAZ because it was still under warranty. I love it. It's easy to use, reliable and BIG!

Good Pad, But .....
Used these larger SoftHeat heating pads for years now. For the time that they operate; they are safe and comfortable. They last about 6-12 months then will stop working. Target also sells them at most of their retail stores.

I like the warmth given by this new heating pad and it's just the right size to fit my entire back and waist area. The long cord is very handy to reach an outlet. I wanted a heating pad that would cover my back side since I have lower back pains. I only wish it had 1 more snap for the soft outer cover. Would buy it again.

The heating pad is nice and large. It does wrinkle easily and it is hard to smooth it out. Does not seem to get as warm as the regular size that I had in the past. I would buy this product again due to other brands not working better in these areas either.

Huge heating pad
If you are looking for a heating pad to cover your whole back, this is the one.
The only reason I left a star off is because it has a plastic smell to it which gets stronger when hot.
I like the auto shut off.
