HP98OPT

I am so frustrated with this product HP98OPT Heating pad .  I have had two of these within the last TWO months and both went bad and will not work!!! WILL NEER BUY THIS PRODUCT AGAIN!!!!

What am I to do with two I have ? That do not work! Are you going to send a a replacement of something other than these !?
