I like it until it broke
I like the heating pad, when the muscle got sore - the heating pad create the comfortable warm feeling.
worked 1 time
this heating pad worked the first time i used it.....every time i plug it in now i get a red flashing light and no heat .....i would not recomend this product to anyone
Performance
Would like if I can obtain another heating pad have 3 years guarantee, like the product, but the switch light does not work and not getting any heat form the pad.

Heating Pad
I've been looking for a heat pad to replace an old worn out one. I have a multiple spinal injury and Heat seems to be the main thing for pain relief. This pad works but it's rather small. I really thought I was getting a bigger one but hard to tell size through the web photos. This pad is smaller than a sq ft its 12 inches by 10 inches or so, yeah it's small. I really need a 24 inch by 18 inch or bigger. And it only runs for maybe an hour then shuts off. I wish one would stay on longer. I understand they want to be able to prevent people from running it 24/7. Heat pad helps me not to have to take pain meds.

I bought one,it failed after a day or two. Exchanged it for another, it went cold. Bought both from WalMart. In pain now.
Not what I ordered
I received the wrong heating pad-I went ahead and opened it to try it put and it barely heats up. The one I ordered looked different in the picture and had great receives as far as heating up very hot. This one hardly heats up at all.

warms up quickly, pad gives good area coverage. very easy to use.
Heating Pad
Works as advertised. Heats quickly and has the option of "wet" heat as well as std "dry." Directions are easily comprehended, altho use of "wet" heat does raise some anxiety (water and electricity don'cha know?) If I had to do it over again, knowing what I know about this item, I would not hesitate to re-purchase it.

Soft Heat Heating Pad
This is one of the few heating pads that can be used moist or dry. It is a pleasure to have 9 feet of cord to plug in.
But best of all, there is an automatic shutoff that can be trusted. I've been using one for the past 4 years, and never gotten burned.,

THIS KAZ HEATING PAD IS MY WIFE'S FAVORITE 'BUDDY' BUT I LIKE IT BECAUSE IT TURNS ITSELF OFF AFTER THREE HOURS (AUTOMATIC). I USED TO WAKE UP AT NIGHT AND SEE THE OLD HEATING PAD LIGHT "ON" & HAVE TO TURN IT OFF, BUT NOW I DON'T HAVE TO, AS THIS KAZ DOES IT, ITSELF. THANK YOU!
