heating pad duribility

Your model hp950 provides great heat but dose not stand-up to dailey use. The plastic tears at the cord within a year and the last one (less than a year old) the heat controller stuck on the high setting. Did not register any of my previous purcheses, did on this one, keeping my fingers cross it holds up the five year warranty.

I love your heating pad especially in the winter.I stored it in the box when not in use. When I brought mine out this year, the control no longer lit up. Then I noticed the box has a "Lifetime Warranty" for this product. Is it true? What do I have to do to get a replacement? I don't have the receipt anymore.

Aquifer

I was given this product as a birthday present.  It has been sitting in my closet until June 5th, 2012.  I injured my back and went to use the moist heat.  The Aquifer was not in the box which was still wrapped I had never opened it. I do not have a sales recipt so not sure where it actually came from. How do I go about getting a aquifer to use with my heat pad??

Great electric pad

Purchased a new SoftHeat deluxe electric pad. Had to throw in garbage the same model we purchased at least 15 years ago.

It give us such great heavy duty service for all that time, that we only considered the Kaz model again over other brands. The king size is great, but especially the 4 ties on each end is perfect to hold it on any part of the body.

So far the heating pad is operating great.I have a lower back disablity and heat seams to help,so I use the pad often.So far I am very pleased with the Product.Thanks so much!

The heating pad with its large size and strings to tie it down are marvelous.  Size matters.

The heater is, so far, reliable and excellent.

I am providing feedback as I personally am a product manager and I know how important feedback is to improve products. I purchased my heating pads back in November. I have used similar heating pads before so I was pleased to find the ones offered by KAZ with auto shut off. I have been quite disappointed and actually am going to replace it with another brand. It gets way too hot and I keep it on the lowest setting. I nearly feel as though I am going to get burned. I cannot even imagine using it at the higher settings. Second, I have trouble keeping the cover on. The cover unsnaps every time I used it. No matter how tight I snap it it comes apart and slips and slides around. I recommend that you give a redesign to your cover serious consideration. We have the full size model HP950 and the regular pad HP710 it is the same issue for both but seems to run a bit hotter on the 950.

Excellant Heating Pad!

I bought this heating pad after returning another messaging/heating pad, thinking I was going to be disappointed...NOT! I am getting so much relief from my lower back & hip pain from this pad, I cried out in joy! I look forward to sitting down for long periods of time, and returning to my heat source when I am able to sit down again. I almost don't need as much pain medication as before & would recommend this product to anybody who asks.

SoftHeat Deluxe Heating Pad

We loved our heating pad . The size was big enough to go all around your hips and back. The tempurature settings gave you several to choose from.  The cover was very soft and easy to wash. It automatically shuts off after about an hour, which is nice when you fall asleep and leave it on.

  We even dealt with the warranty dept and found them very  accommodating and helpful. They exchanged our pad out with an upgrade from our old model with no hassle and very quick service.

  Would definitely buy from this company again!
