I've just had the heating pad for a short period but it does work well. Have had other heating pads from this company and feel they do a real good job.
Good Product but only worked for 2 months
Product is good idea, but poorly made. It only worked for a few months.
Best Heating Pad Ever
I love this heating pad! I love it's unique feature...being able to tie it around the effected area as well as it's automatic shut off feature.
I'd recommend this product to everyone that asks!!!
Nice while it worked (about 6 months)
It's a great heating pad, loved it. But within the first 6 months it stopped turning on, only the light would flash. Still doesn't heat up so it's good for occassional use but if you plan to use it 2 or 3 times a week you probably want to spend a little more and buy a better heating pad from a different company. I only paid $15 for it and to use the warranty I have to pay the shipping cost,not worth it when most likely it'll do the same thing and I can just buy a better one and skip the headache and time.

This heating pad offers wonderful relief from shoulder pain. Using either dry or moist heat this pad works very well.

I just bought yesterday so it take a while to find out how it will work. I found it does not heat
too good. The temperature always stay same on all heat settings. Does pad not working
properly ? or need to bring back for exchange ?

Good Heating Pad for the Price
I purchased this heating pad at Walmart and found it to be a good purchase for the price. The controls are easy to use and it has an auto shutoff feature in case it's accidentally left on. I would reccommend this product.
