Hot&Cold Pad
This is a great duel purpose product.My wife and I on occiasion as we grow older seem to have a need for this product with the aches and pains with sore and stiff muscles.It does a great job.
Not as good as older version
My new Smart Temp pad lasts only 30 minutes to one hour, whereas the same pad purchased 15-20 years ago stays icy-cold for hours. It is considerably fuller, and still in great condition. I hope Smart Temp will fill them like they used to so I can buy a couple more. As they are, they are only good for 30 minutes, then you have to refreeze over night.

LOVE this hot/cold pack.
For our purposes, found the strap to be useless, but the pad itself is AMAZING. Only problem I've had is that there is a TINY pinhole in the plastic (hard to find visually), but it's leaking gel...hoping that KAZ customer service will take care of it, because I really love this pack.

I really like the heating/cooling pad that I ordered. It has worked very well and has helped me out on several occasions. Thank you for a very good product.

The current SmartTemp Heating Pad is much better than the older one I bought years ago. The new one uses heating material that stays flexable when cool. The older pad used a material that became hard as a rock when cold. The new pad also retains heat longer than the old pad.

Very good. Works like a charm. However, I do not like the strap permently attached to the cover. It is more in the way than useful. If it was detachable would be more useful to me.

YOU CAN BUY ANY OTHER BRAND OF ICE PACK BUT THIS IS THE BEST. I HAVE HAD OVER 40 SURGERY'S FOR BONE AND MUSCLE PROBLEMS. IF YOU NEED REAL PAIN RELIF W/OUT A DRUG THIS PRODUCT WORKS BEST. THE COLD IS DEEP AND LONG JUST LIKE YOU NEED. PUT IT PACK IN THE FREEZER AND ITS READY IN A HOUR. THE PRICE IS THE OTHER REASON I LIKE THIS SMART TEMP. THE INSIDE DOES NOT BRECK DOWN OR LEAK LIKE THE OTHER MORE COSTLY BRANDS. DOLLAR FOR DOLLAR THIS IS THE BEST ON THE MARKET. I REALLY HAVE TREID THE OTHERS.
Gret product , reasonable price
I just got this the other day after coming home from having a total knee replacement, it was the largest I could find and the combo pack @ my local Wal-Mart made it less than 20 and I got both sizes. They work well, the strap is what impressed me the most, it’s a real strap, not some flimsy junky elastic. This product is great, I wish they made a X-Large size, I really would still like a 12X 18 or 24. That would be perfect to cover my knee completely, but this does a excellent job none the less. Definitely would recommend and already have to another friend who suffers from chronic pain.

I have had two prior back surgeries that leave my back in spasm pretty much most of the time. I find upon arising in the morning I use my Kaz microwavable portable back pack to help me "loosen" up my back muscles. This does help me to get going in the morning. I have gone through at least a dozen packs since my surgery in 2005. Would definitely recommend this product. Five stars to you!!
Great Product
The heating/cooling pad works exactly as described. Freeze for an hour or two and it stays cool for about an hour. Microwave for three to four minutes and it stays heated for about an hour. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone who needs a heating or cooling pad for short periods of time.

This is by far the best I have found on the market. Walmart and Walgreens do not sell anything close to this. The price and service are very good also.

This was just what I wanted. I owned a heating pad like this from years ago and when the pad broke, I was unable to find a replacement in any local drug store. (They had similiar ones - but I did not like them - they were too bulky and heavy.) I went online, found your site, and you had the 2011 version of my old version.
The ordering process was good and it was a good experience.

just got it for the gel pack . i use them on my forklift to stay cool and it works good .
