Room Heater
This unit really works well to heat our entire finished basement. Having issues with the theormostat though. But it really pushes a good amount of heat.
Worked great..for awhile.
This heater worked really well for heating a fairly large space. We spot heat because we don't have a lot of insulation and using the heater costs a lot of $$$. Today I was cleaning and noticed it wasn't working. I turned it off and unplugged it and left it off for 20 minutes, plugged it back on. The light comes on, but the heating element and fan do not come on.
Condo Heater
We have baseboard electric heat. Each room has own thermostat. Purchased unit to suppliment. Can keep room thermostats at lower setting as the Ceramic Themawave helps maintanin temperature.
Honeywell Thermawave Heater
The product worked less than four hours before it stopped working. Very dissapointed.
POOR product
We purchased this product right before Xmas. After a month the heater died. At first it seemed to try to calobrate the heat we needed in the room but very quickly we realized the heater never actually gave us the heat for the setting it decided we needed to stay warm.
The product would constantly turn itself off and never warmed up our small space.. We want to replace it or just get our money back.
What can we do?
Second HZ860
We purchased an HZ860 last month to help heat the room we were currently in while the compressor was out on our heat pump. It worked so well be purchased a second one to put in another room so we would not have to move it from room to room. We still leave it on to reduce the cost of running our new heat pump.
Heat!
The heating system in our condo broke down 3 days ago.My boy friend bought an HZ-860 yesterday.I liked it so much that I went and bought another one today.They work wonderfully.The heating system might be fixed by tomorow,but if not,we know we will be warm.

Honeywell HZ-860 Thermawave Heater
Works in a most excellent manner just as described in the heater instructions. Heats quick, a warm heat, quite, and light. Would strongly recommend this product. Plus it's the right size and does not take up a lot of space.

I bought this unit to help heat a sun room, seems to be very well made and just what I was lookin for.
Lower temp
Works nicely but I would like the temp. setting to go to 55 degrees since we don't use the bathroom in the winter very much.
good while it lasted
I purchased this heater on 11/3/12 and it WAS working great. Today is 11/6/12 and it quit working I have tried unplugging it, cleaned the dust off and even plugged it into a different outlet nothing has worked it done.
Power On
Per instructions in the operation manual, "Turn heater ON button, the heater will default to the Constant LO mode and the Current Temp Indicator will display the current room temperature." This is NOT TRUE. When power ON is pushed, the heater defaults to Constant HI mode. I would prefer LO. That way I don't have to cycle all the way back to LO. Also, the 5 degree temperature adjustment is too broad. The DIAL thermostat would have been better for me.
Ideal for living room area.
My apartment front area is spaciousand & drafty. I was amazed that in a matter of minutes that the room was warm and comfortable. I can control the comfortable heat by adjusting the control to a lower setting and maintain the cozzieness.

Ceramic Heater
Worked great the first hour, then shut off and hasn't worked since. Can't get the answers I need from KAZ and Walmart won't let me return. Very unhappy.

Good performance so far
We live in an older rental house (from the 70s maybe 60s) with gas heat and no insulation. Landlord won't pay to insulate the house and as a college student I don't have the money to put into the house. So we bought this heater to help cut gas heat cost. So far the heater has heated our living room to a comfortable temperature and we are satisfied with the performance. We have yet to see if using the heater will cut our energy cost but hopefully if we use the heater wisely it will save us money. we have only had the heater for a month though.

I have really been impressed with the heater. I purchased it because the cost of heating my home with the furnace was to much for my budget. I have seen a great difference in my electric bill.
Honeywell Thermawave Ceramic Heater
I love my new large room heater. I have always experienced problems heating my older home during the winter and the house is always cold. I decided to purchasde a new heater this year and I am so glad that I did.
I have a large family room and it stays cold most of the winter. I purchased my new ceramic heater and it heats the entire large room very fast. It is very quite, even when on high. I like the temperature control options and like that it displays the current room temp.
This heater is more energy efficient than others that I have purchased in the past. My electric bill was actually lower the month that I used the heater than when I ran my central heat for the majority of the time. This was a great cost saving purchase and makes up for spending a little more on a ceramic heater. I am going to buy the same type of heater in the smaller size for the bathroom and bedroom.
