Great Product

This product has really helped my son, whose allergies are really bad. He is only 14 months old. I noticed a difference the first night. Great Product, although a little pricey.

I ordered this item online around Jan 15 was delivered on Jan 24. Product did not work when pluged in. Called and told rep. what was wrong, was told I would receive a shipping ticket in the mail to retrun the product and in the meantime a replacement product would be shipped to me. As of today Feb 5 I have nothing, no shipping ticket and no replacement product. I already paid $117.00 and I still have nothing. So needless to say I am not happy at all.

Nice, but loud

I turned the air purifier on, placed it near my intake for my HVAC system, and left for 3 days on a trip. When I returned, I noticed a significant change in the humidity level in my home; not sure why this is, exactly, but it shows me that it is working. My only complaint is that it is loud (as loud as a car air conditioner running on max/high... 24 hours a day).

I like it, too soon to say how well it works. I had hoped that the unit could be a bit smaller, seems that in this day and age you should be able to make a machine of this quality much much smaller. Also do not like the fact that you have to keep it 3 ft from everything, seems a bit unrealistic.
