Warranty Needed

I purchased a HZ510 from a local retail store less than a year ago. I love the heater when it worked, but now it will turn on, but not blow. That's why I'm only rating a 3. Heater was awesome. It is almost as if the thermostat or fan switch is bad. You can see the light come on, but no heat comes out. I know there is a 3 year warranty, and am interested in seeing how I will be treated during the warranty process.

don't buy it

Heater never has worked right. Shuts off while the area to be heated is still cold. While I like it's looks, I wish it really worked.

not very durable

Well, I purchased one of these thinking it would last long since it looked built tough. It still looks good, but the thermostat must be defective because the unit either stays on full time or turns on-off-on-off... continuously if put on any other setting. It will drive you nuts at night if you have it in your bedroom. I hope it's fixable since I have no clue what I did with my reciept.

i bought this from a local grocery store who was featuring this particular heater. it worked for about 1 cold season and now it will not stay on. it is as if the thermostat reads the temp as hot yet the area is still ice cold and it shuts down then i will not come back on until it is shut off for quite some time. it has a 5 year warrenty yet i have no where to take it and to send it to them and have it shipped back will cost about the amount that i paid in the first place. very dissatisfied.

After very little use heat turns on then shut off repeatedly.I need info 0n repair. Please reply.

Kaz HZ-510

This heater has never worked properly. It cycles on and off every 4-8 seconds. I returned it (shipping at my cost) TWICE and have the same problem each time. Many other online reviews share the same experience.
