We love our little Honeywell Energy Smart Heater. Our kitchen area faces the North and has quite a few windows consequently in the winter months it is cooler in that area and this is just perfect; takes the extra chill away and our cat "Spike" loves it as well.

Best portable heater we have ever owned
Sadly, I am only now writing this review because our poor little heater appears to have died. The fan made a little squealing noise and then completely shut off and will not restart. The heating coils remain on however, making me wonder if this would quickly become a fire hazard. And I'm pretty sure we no longer have our "proof of purchase", so I'm not sure if we have used this heater two or three seasons, the insides look pretty dusty (we never cleaned it, in our house might have benefitted from blowing it out with compressed air), so I'm not sure if the fan failure would have been covered under the 3 year limited warranty...and if they would have considered the fan failure "normal wear and tear" if the heater had actually been in use for 2.5 years. But I digress, because this really has been the best portable heater we have ever owned.
Our house has little to no insulation (built in 1957), and we have a propane furnace that gets very expensive to run. We kept the Honeywell in our living room running virtually constantly, day and night. It dramatically reduced how often our furnace kicked on, and kept us more comfortable (warmer) to boot. I figure the heater might have cost me an extra $40 a month in electricity, but saved me at least $100 a month on propane. It doesn't feel like it puts out a lot of heat unless you are right up against it, but it warms a room pretty quickly and makes it extremely comfortable. The thermostat feature worked very nicely. Loved the self-shutoff switch if the heater is tilted/knocked over. The outside of the heater always remained cool to the touch. Will look to buy another one of the same model, that is how happy I was with it.

WOrked great for the first year then just literally quit. Thats why it gets 3 stars. As a general rule, never review an item until you have been in posession of it for the duration of the warranty period.

HZ-7200 Heater Review
Great little space heater that quickly brings up the temperature in my small home. It's quiet and the oscillating feature evenly distributes the warm air throughout. I would highly recommend this product for anyone with a relatively small area needing heat.

This is the worst heater I have ever had. It has a 3 year warranty which I find amazing because this heater lasted a little over 3 months. I'm hoping I can get a full refund. I got another Honywell heater and I hope it works better than the last one.

I have been pleased with the performance of the model HZ-7200 series. Although, it does not heat quickly, it does an outstanding job of regulating the desired temperature and maintaining the selected temp within the designated location (medium size room).

I have one of the heaters already. I love mine. The frist one I bought is the HZ-370BP series. I will give these heaters a 5 star. I will buy another one of these.

Small but powerful
I'd read several good reviews and suspected they may have overstated the performance of this heater. I mean, look how tiny it is! How much heating could it actually do?
Turns out, a lot. I've found myself having to turn it down because the living room was getting too warm. So believe the hype.

HZ-7200 Perfect Heater
One month ago I bought my first HZ-7200 for our laundry room which has no heat at all. To my surprise it was perfect. So just two weeks ago I purchased the larger unit for our family room which is also ideal,. Both are so quite and distribute the warmth perfectly. So now I am going to obtain a third unit for my dogs area. They are so much safer then the present space heater we have been using. Plus a great deal more cheaper to run. Both units together run less costly then my little space heater because of its great thermostate. This is the ideal heater for anyone who wants wamth at an economical price.

Warm Feet
We got this heater about a week ago. We live in Florida and have had some extremely cold weather this year. We keep our thermostat set at 62 degrees and we have used this heater to "spot heat" in the areas that we are occupying. This does a good job for such a small heater and we have had to turn it down quite a few times because it was getting too warm. The thermostat is set in 5-degree increments which some people did not like in other reviews. This was not a problem for us. We liked it so well that we just ordered another one, so we can have one upstairs and downstairs. Excellent heater for the money!

UNRETURNED FAULTY HEATER
I bought a Heater from you which was delivered on 2/3/11. I however detected a problem which I reported to Customer Service and was asked to return the product which I did through UPS on 2/9/11 and was expected to be delivered to Kaz on 2/11/11. Inspite of paying $11.69 to return the product I have had to endure a good part of the cold weather without the Heater. I therefore had to go and buy another heater. I am greatly disappointed that there hasn't been any communication from Kaz to inform me as to whether they have received the porduct or when they are going to deliver a new one or the repaired one to me.
It's a Big Shame.

Works wonders!
Since I sleep in the basement, I definitely need a heater to keep me warm. Not just during winter days but during early Spring where the temperature is warm enough to turn off the thermostat.
This does the job great and I have comfortable sleeps at night! Shipping came fast!

Excellent for small to medium sized room
Product arrived from Kaz very quickly. Easy to use (just plug in, set desired temperature and turn on. The oscillating feature is also nice.
This is an excellent heater for a small to medium sized room. It easily heated a 15' x 20' room quickly and is a good option to suplement heat in larger rooms.
Good little heater, reasonable price
We bought this heater for use in a chilly bedroom. We wanted to heat the room, without heating the rest of the house overnight. It seems like a very nice little heater. It cranks out the heat and the oscillation is a nice feature to spread the warmth around. The body of the heater does remain cool to the touch.

Energy Smart Heater
We have been looking for a safe efficient heater for a building that's about 800 sq ft and so far this one seems to do a very good job keeping it at a comfortable temperature. So far we are impressed.

love our heater so far, but we only purchased it about 15 hours ago. warms up the rooom really fast and is fairly quiet (the quietness could possibly be improved some what). the next power bill will let us know if the heater is really energy efficient enough for us to continue to operate it.

Honeywell Energy Smart Heater
Simple to operate, but it would have been nice if the warranty card and instructions had come in the box (nothing but the heater). Hard to find model number and how to register. Seems to be working fine, but has only been operational for about ten minutes.
