very good replacement
My new "floor use" heater is a replacement for a Honeywell heater I had bought about four years earlier and used for three seasons. The heating element burned out and no replacement part was available. KAZ replaced my old heater, at no cost to me, with minimal difficulty on my part (only difficulty was finding a box to send the old one to them). The new heater - modle #HZ-3750 - does a great job and I hope it continues to work as well as it does now.
My only suggestion would be for the instruction manual to be more specific. It took me several tries and a few days to correctly set the temperature function so that it worked automatically for me.

White, not Grey
Your web site has a specification that indicates the product is "white" for "color".
Just to make sure it is in fact white, I called your customer service before I ordered the product, and was assured that the product is in fact white.
When I received the product, the manufacturer's box has a picture of the product. The product looks white in the picture.
However, the product is in fact GREY. Not even a nice color but a dirty grey.
Therefore, I have requested a full refund and a refund of shipping costs as well.
I did everything a customer could do before ordering, but you guys dropped the ball. Either produce more white units, or correct the information on your website so that people can find out in advance what the color is.
I purchased this same model around 2008, and it was white, so I like the unit and I wanted another white one. I think you have made a big mistake changing the color from white to grey.
