have not had it a year and it has stopped working i had to turn it all the was down to low for it to even heat up and turn on when i tunerd it to low it sparked

I bought model#HZ-385BP,and have had it for just about two years.It heats the space I use it for nicely,however, towards late in the second year its been making a lot more noise, like a fan rattle or bad bearing noise. The unit has a 3yr manufacturers warranty,so I took it back to the local retailer I purchased it from and they wouldnt exchange it. They said Honeywell doesnt do warranty exchanges in store,i would need to contact Honeywell dirctly. so here i am.

Honeywell oil filled radiator heater
So far the heater works great. I had a different brand & the knob shorted out. I like the 3 yr warranty. It seems 2 heat up quickly. And its pretty. I have a black one. Also I like the handle to pull it around...and the timer rocks. I think I made a great purchase.

Honeywell heaters.
I purchased three of the HZ-0300 heaters. Two of them worked great, the third one would cycle on and off constantly. One of the two that worked now has started to cycle on and off. I think the thermostats are not very good quality.

GREAT BUT DANGEROUS
Great Solid Product with surge suppression, but the thermostat is another story. Untrustworthy and somewhat dangerous and then to get service, well that is another story completely. Nothing like getting the run around and false information. Thank God for the internet, so one can check out the facts and the facts are, the model I try to register isn't even available, and that tells me that I am probably sitting with a recall, but getting the run around. The model is:
HZ-316C and as soon as it starts up, on the lowest setting, it cuts out. Then it takes some time for it to start up again, only to go in circles. One I used successfully for almost two years, and the other, after being checked to ensure it worked, sat in storage until the first one became a problem, and I took out the second since it was cold. After it started up for few minutes it did the same as the first one. I keep telling myself it must be surges, but my other equipment, like PC and TV is not affected and therefore I will try to get proper service, or contact Better Business Suplier, as well as notify my retailer of thirty years, regarding this occurrence with this products.

It is lightweight so can move from room to room. I especially like the thermostat & oscillating features. It is comforting to know it has a 3 year warranty.

Fantastic
I "HAD" a bedroom that I think I could have stored meat in. It was cold and I have a relatively new condo. Be that as it may...it is no longer cold. This unit is fantastic.

Small heater
The product/part number on the base of the appliance is 30LBZ300UA2, on the side of the appliance, 30LBZ300PB0, and on my invoice it's B003UV8086 so take your pick!

Not Happy
It only been a few weeks since purchase and the system keeps cutting off????? So I am not to happy with it this is the coldest year in Florida and I have no heater :(

Small but warm
It is very convenient to be able to use it any time of the year.
It is light & compact, and easy to carry to anywhere in the house. After I bathed my puppies, it is just right for me to dry their fur and keep them warm. I am happy to have this.

Love it!!
I got this as a Christmas gift and I love it! The idea of saving money on my utilities and still being able to be warm during the winter and staying cool during the summer is a fantastic idea from one unit! I have a 10 month old and it's very important that she stays warm or not being overheated indoors and thus far this unit does it! I am very happy with the gift and would recommend this to everyone.

Nice Design, Bad Switch
Picked this up at our local Meijer store to take the edge off in our bedroom. Puts out great heat, quiet, and very convenient. However, two months later, the heater switch has gone bad and the heater won't come on. I really would like to get it replaced since it is supposed to have a three year warranty. I'm still tracking down the receipt but it would be great if someone from Kaz could help me out.

QUESTIONS
WHEN FILLING OUT YOUR WARRANTY FORM THE LITTLE DROP DOWN FOR ENTERING THE MODEL NUMBER IS BLANK AND HAS NO CHOICES. IT DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO TYPE IN THE MODEL NUMBER EITHER.

This is my second Heater (Nov 2011). I bought one in Nov. 2010 using it all winter in NE Iowa. It performed very well using it in my bedroom. Fulfilled the requirement. The problem I had was just now (Nov 2011) when I removed it from summer storge. The fan squeals. Won't be able to use the fan this winter!

so far so good satisfied
We are in our twenties at night these days and my heat went out but thanks to the safe heaters. I sleep eayt and the whole house stays warm at least the areas I want. I did purchase 2 I think its worth the money!!!!!
