Couldn't find this filter in stores. Kaz.com was reasonably priced compared to other online retailers, and the filter fits perfectly.

different packaging

 the filters are great. took a bit of time to get here which is subjective. the ship[ping was as promised. I buy online a decent amount and get stuff from china faster at the same price range or free shipping. so your order seemed to take long. service is good. your website has proven cumbersome for me. I think more use may solve that by me getting use to it

oh yeah- a multipak on these filters would be good for me if you have enough call on the product to justify it.

Protec Humidifier Filter

The filter came within the timeframe promised and is the correct size which is essential as there is no extra room for fit in the humidifier.  I will be using it to replace the current filter in the next two weeks.  Thank you for you good services.

square peg in round hole

Description says this is a square filter. Last I knew a square had four equal sides.hmmm......

Filter for Duracraft

I hope you continue manufacturing this replacement filter.  It's the only one that properly fits the two Duracraft Humidifiers I've had for years, which are the best ever.

Product/Price-Great!

 Sorry for the 3 stars. I still find the website cumbersome to navigate. A purchase order history would have helped my forgetful self with the last order. Your customer service and follow up has been outstanding and I thank you for that. I guess if I ordered more often the site would be easier to remember. so that's really on me. The information-products available-and price are excellent. The customer service makes shopping with your company beyond positve compare. So all in all; It's all good.
