I received my replacement filter just a few days after ordering it online and as a preferred customer I got free shipping!
Not what the image looked like
The image provided by Kaz of the product didn't provide enough perspective to be able to positively identify it as what I was looking for. Consequently the product I ordered and received was not right and it is economically not beneficial to pay for returning it. Kaz needs to do a better job of describing and imaging their products so this doesn't happen.
