Great fan! Very quiet!
I always love Honeywell products. This fan is great! It has everything you need, big blasts of air, many fan settings AND a remote. Best fan purchase ever.

The actual height of the fan could be higher. I wish the stand would go up another 2 inches and the fan motor itself could tilt back more

why is it no one lists fan size for this product. have had lots of honeywell fans but three had brokenpower cords from oscillation after a while sure hope this one does not break or is this why they have fuse on cord now melody and they where all sixteen inch fans
was browken as I got it
The fan seemed fine until I noticed a big crack in the plastic part that holds the fan. When I tried to change it at the store I bought it at it no longer had anymore units. When calling Honeywell I found out that I would have to pay the shipping for the broken unit. Since I live in Canada and Honeywell does not have a local agent here, shipping it to the US would most probably cost as much as buying a new one. Now I know to never buy a Honeywell product again.

We were really impressed with the speed of the fan. It really helped cool off the space. We really like the remote altough its size makes it easy to lose. It was easy to put together. We would recommend this to a friend!
Great so far
Great so far! I love the sleep timer option to automatically turn the fan off after 1, 2, 4, or 8 hours. The remote is also very convenient. The wind is strong at the highest setting.
Upright fan
We purchased this fan on May24, 2012, and used it beginning this last hot spell starting about June 20th.
It quit working today, July 6, 2012
Good Product
I love this product because at night, when i want to reduce the noise level to quiet, I can and it comes with a remote control
Love and hate
I have owned three of these fans in the last year. The first one I bought worked great, and I had no complaints. That is why when it got old and needed replaced, I didn't hesitate to buy two more. These two, however, I am not completely satisfied with. They both lean and one even broke off of the stand because it leaned so far. I followed the directions and the pieces never fit together right since I first put them together.

Quietset Whole Room Stand Fan
I have given only 4 stars as I just purchased the fan. I love the remote very much and the fan is working great, however in reading the reviews on Target's site after I purchase the fan, I am worried that the fan will stop working in a couple months.
Nice Floor Fan
This fan does the job for our bedroom. It keeps the air circulating nicely. I would change the bright light on the digital speed console. Unfortunately the blue light, lights up our whole room at night. Also, the remote control doesn't seem to have the best connection. You really need to point it directly at the fan for it to work. Other than that, we are happy with our purchase.

Honeywell Fan
Over the years I have purchased several Honeywell 16" Oscillating Stand Fans and I have always been impressed by how well built and reliable they are. They have all had a long usage life. The fan I purchased today is the first QuietSet I have had but it really is quiet and I like having the remote control and 5 speed settings. I'm sure I'll get several years of good use out of it like I did the others.

This is the best fan I have ever purchased..It is the most quiestest fan I have ever listed to in my life..I am very happy with my fan...I am so glad I saw it in the store..It was the last one left on the shelf...I definitely recommend to anyone that this is a great product to purchase and use..Especially if you cannnot use air conditioners.

Quiet Set Fan HS-1655
This fan worked great for about 4 months, then it woud not start working until it had been turned on for 20 minutes, I called the company but they want me to pay to have the fan shipped to them and they will replace it. I am not putting more money in this fan. Next time I will buy a basic fan.

Very Quiet
A WINNER!
Extremely happy with this fan; I can't praise it enough. Beautifully designed and solidly constructed. Convenient remote with 5 speeds and 4 timer settings for 1 to 8 hour auto shutoff. The front of the fan features a soft LED light display panel for each speed setting, and the fan beeps to confirm each selection; very sophisticated for a fan at this price.
Best of all, this fan is EXTREMELY QUIET yet powerful, so that watching TV or listening to music is a pleasure. Highly recommended. This product is a gem!

Quiet fan
I bought this fan for my sister who lives in Phoenix & doesn't have ceiling fans in her house. She said that it is very quiet and nice looking. She also enjoys the remote control. She says it's quite fancy, so I guess she's pleased with the fan.

New fan
I recently ordered this fan and have been using it for the past week. I like it knowing it's much lighter, has a five star base instead of a round base (easier for moving), uses a remote (which is great) and is quiet except on the highest speed (5), which generates a little noise. The only possible downside to this fan is that, in the muggiest or hottest of weather, it may not keep you cool as much? But I'm waiting to test that theory. Otherwise, nice product! :)
