Great at the Beginning

Love the compact design and low maintenance features. However after about 3 months of use the unit makes an irritating noise when the fan is set on high or medium. I plan on sending the unit back for repair.

Good Product

I have 3 of these and they work really well. I have 3 birds and a cat and this little unit keeps each room clean.

My only complaint is that one of the units is making a bad noise and the front door of the unit is unusually difficult to remove and replace. I called the customer service number for assistance and was told to just take it back to the store or I could send it in for warranty at MY cost for postage PLUS a $10 processing fee.

Noisy but Effective

I purchased this unit for a small home office along with second tower model for my larger living room. This smaller unit, even on the lowest setting, is significantly louder than the tower on its lowest setting. There is also a light ticking noise when the ionizer is on, which I don't use. If you do purchase this unit, just be aware that it is probably more noisy than other models. As far as cleaning the air, it seems to do a great job. I have terrible alergies with pets and this unit keeps me from having to use the inhaler less.

Already stopped working..

I bought this unit for my mother on 11/29. She received on 12/3 via Amazon. The unit stopped working on 12/20. I REALLY hope the warranty covers this.

Noisy!!!!

It's like living with an airplane! In my basement office which is near my large hot air furnace I can't even hear the furnace over it! It's also not just an air handling noise but a mechanical (cheap fan) noise.

compact air purifier

This air purifier seems to work very well. Except first one I purchased only lasted about 4 months. Maintenance wasn't sure what happened to it.

Great Job

I have this purifier in my bedroom and it does an excellent job filtering all the pollen, dog dander, and smoke. I am so pleased with it I plan to purchase one for every room in the house. I leave it on 24/7 and it is a real work horse.

Incredibly Noisey

I've only been using this for 2 weeks and it's been getting louder and louder every day. This is my second HHT-011. My first one ran for 4 years before it started giving me trouble. Very disappointing to say the least.

Performance

I liked the product very well the first few weeks, however after about 3 weeks the purifier started slowing down and putting out less air. so I did what the instruction manuel said to do and clean the filter. After cleaning the filter it continued to make the same noise so I cleaned the filter once more. After the second cleaning the machine seemed to work properly. Withing two weeks I had to do the same thing, however this time the noise is louder and after I cleaned the filter four times the noise and output are still the same.

Too Loud

It is quite disturbing at times due to the noise. I have shut it off in order to have peace and quite many times. Would spend more next time to get a quieter unit!

HHT-011 Series

I love it! I suffer from really bad hay fever and this has definitely helped with the symptoms. Its not too noisey, its a type of fan after all! I like the night light feature, its great for when i get up in the early morning when my room is pitch black.
