Julien Mininberg has been with Kaz since January 2006, serving as President since August 2007. Previously, he served as Kaz's EVP/Global General Manager and Chief Marketing Officer. Before joining Kaz, Julien spent 15 years at Procter & Gamble, where he worked in general management and marketing. His P&G career was split evenly between the United States and Latin America. In the US, he focused on Marketing in P&G's Healthcare division for products such as Vicks, Pepto Bismol, and Metamucil. In Latin America, he led the company's cleaning products division and later managed Central America for P&G. Julien earned his Bachelor's degree and MBA from Yale University.
