Rob Kay joined Kaz as its Executive Chairman in November 2006, having served on the Company's Board of Directors since 2004. Before joining Kaz as its Chairman, Mr. Kay had been active as a Partner in Global Technology Industries, an investment firm which makes private equity and venture capital investments in a small and mid market companies. Mr. Kay has previously served in executive roles in several companies, most recently as CEO of KCI, a diversified industrial corporation focused on highly engineered manufactured components for a diverse range of end market applications. Rob earned a Bachelor's degree from Cornell University and Master's degree from Columbia University.
