Very satisfied
Product was purchase at a decent price and was simple to setup. The instructions were straightforward. I would recommend this product to all my family and friends.
Water valve failure
We used V745A for one year next fall the
Tank cap and water valve seperated and I cannot get them to stay together. I cannot find how to get a replacement.
Handle broke off
I purchased 2 of your Vick's warm air mist humidifiers. I followed the directions by putting only cold water into the tank. One of the handles completely broke off while I was carrying it. Of course I had just filled it and the tank fell and cracked leaking water all over the floor!!
