Spare Parts
Vicks Steam Machine
The device worked well on first use, but had an already distorted plastic face mask straight out of the box. I was a bit disappointed about that, but once it started to create steam, it worked quite well.
Great help with sinuses

Spare Parts
The V1200 has provided good relief from sinus related migraine headaches (actually eye aches). Unhappily, the rotating support for the face mask has tiny plastic tabs, all but one of which have snapped off. Your website does not offer spare parts. Can I purchase a replacement mask support?
