Worked great, until 7/2010...motor stopped working.
Your humidifier works wonderfully well. It increased my entire one bedroom apartment humidity percentage from dangerously low to the perfect level for both my own health and the health of my thirty-four house plants.
What I like most about it is, not only the above, but the fact that I can set the humidifier to the level I want and it will then turn itself on and off when required to maintain that humidity level.

We love the honeywell humidifier. It keeps the room at just the right humidity without having to make adjustments and turns off and on as needed. The water container is easy to handle and fill. The design is great too as it doesn't take up as much room as our old one did and is far more efficient.

The Tower Humidifier that I recently purchesed does a excellent job of keeping our rooms at the right level of comfort. It is very easy to clean and the filters can be changed and replaced very easy. I highly recommend this humidifier.

This is my third Honeywell cool mist humidifier. We run two~one twenty-four/seven and our first on lasted 4 years-hence the replacement. Our other runs everynight. Together they pump about 4-5 gallons per day into our house in Arizona with lots of wood. Only problem I have is they don't like to shut themselves off when they run out of water, so they trained me to be watchful.
Considering my reorder, I am sold on them.

Works very well we had one before but it got to be a few years old so just got a new one.
Had this product for a year and did a great job....Had a 1200 sq. ft. condo and humidified the entire place.....The fan motor stopped working and the unit was replaced with a HCM-300T....
I did not actually purchase this unit. I was given a HCM-305T-CST as a gift. Long before the warranty was over, the motor quit so KAZ asked me to return it, and they replaced it with a HCM-300T, which was greatly appreciated. Just set new one up today 10-17-2010 so haven't had time to rate it. Thank you.
It was not clear to me that this unit humdifies only one room at a time. We should know the size of the room that is ideal for this product. Otherwise working fine.
The instructions on how to set the controls are not really clear. Other wise this appears to be a good unit.
This unit is simple to fill and use, and functions well.
A Good Choice
A very effective unit with good capacity , very quiet and easy to fill. Takes up very little floor space and the controls are easy to reach.
An excellent humidifier
We love this humidifier--it is easy to fill as you don't have to lean over so far to lift the tank out and back in. We live in an area with very hard water so scale and calcified deposits are a problem, and we plan to change the filter every 3 or 4 months because of this. Hopefully this will work to protect the motor. Another good feature - it is very quiet on the low setting at night.
This humidifyer is very noisy. It is one year old and I have cleaned it several times.
However, it is getting so noisy that I have to turn it off during the day. I have looked at the machine but could not find anything to minimize the noice. Is there something that can be done about it?
It is functional but noisy while in operation.
This is the second HCM-300T humidifier I have ordered. This last item arrived with a defective UV bulb. I will attempt to contact Consumer Relations as recommended to rectify the problem. Until I know the outcome I will withhold comment on the product.
Honeywell QuietCare Advanced UV Tower Humidifier is very easy to set up & use. I would not recomend it for a large room though. I have it in a 18 x 20 room wit hot air heat & it must be on high to feel the difference.Also with it on high it is fairly noisy also. I've been using it now for about a month. I plan to move it to a smaller room & purchase a bigger one for my larger room. I give it 3 stars for ease of use & appearance.
We like the HCM-300T as it serves our need. However, we find the filters a bit expensive since we have four HCM-300T! Unfortunately your offer below does not apply to Canadian residents.

I am using this humidifier for a year and now it has become noisy. As others said fan motor may die soon. Otherwise good humidifier with lot of air delivery.

Developed a whining, grinding noise after a year and half of use.
Cracked Water Tank
When i purchased the cool moisture humidifier i noticed as soon as i filled the water tank it had a small crack in it, i wasnt too concerned cause it wasnt leaking but the last time i went to use it it started leaking and overfilled the unit and water was running out everywhere, i only hope warranty covers this cause other than this one issue the humidifier works great.
The above product is out of order, motor is not running.
Having problems with my 300T
Like the other reviewers, I was very satisfied with the unit, but like the other reviewers the motor died after a year and a half.
Bought one in 2008 and the motor stopped in 2009. Bought a new one 2009 and the motor stopped in 2010.
I am now kind of stuck because I spent $30.00 on spare filters, guess I'll go for broke
and buy the 3rd one.
While the product works well enough, it does not seem to be made very well. I bought 2 of these for my mother in less than 2 years. The 1st one the motor stopped working just short of 1 year, and it didn't seem worth the trouble of trying to get warranty service. So, bought another one! The second one was just over 2 months old, when the UV bulb failed. now I called to order a replacement, and it is ONLY available in US, and probably subject to duties and fees, so may endup over $30! Do I now go to the trouble of trying to get a warranty replacement???
The humidifier worked for a while but now it leaks all over the floor. I checked everthing and the tank is fine and the water commed out the air output. I have tried to find some answers on the kaz web site but nothing is listed. There is not even an area where I can send in a problem question, so I guess this is the only way to communicate.
This unit is junk. I have had it less than a year and its already broken.
Too noisey. Makes sounds like a water cooler makes during the night.
I received the HCM-300T and soaked filter, added water and turned on. Fan will not run. It appears to be rubbing on the plastic housing. Just a buzz of the motor trying to run the fan.
The water reservoir is quite big and combersom after I filled it and carried it unlocked and fell and split apart saturating my carpet I am not impressed.
