extremely satisfied, this is my second purchase of this unit.
Honeywell humidifiers
I have always used Honeywell humidifiers and find them reliable and convenient to use.
HCM-630
I purchased 2 HCM-630 humidifiers just over 3 years ago. One unit is working without any problems but the motor on the other unit has completly siezed up just after the 3 year warranty expired. This happened despite maintaining both units exactly in accordance with the operating manual. Although I was disappointed that the unit lasted only until the warranty period I nonetheless replaced it with a larger HCM-645 series product. I intend to have the defective model serviced to see if it can be repaired at a reasonable cost and then use it as a standby if any of the other 2 units malfunction. Overall I am satisfied with your products.
