SoftHeat Ultra Back Heat Wrap

 My husband purchased this in Feb of 2010 for help with his back.  While the unit worked well, the quality of the product didn't meet our expectations.  This unit is only six month old and I am having to return it because the elastic gussets on the side are pulling out and the elastic has runs in it. The product is going to be replaced but I still have to pack the complete unit including cord up and pay postage to return it.  This was not a cheap heating pad, thirty dollars at Target.

I have had this heating pad for over two years now. I am sitting at my desk at work and wearing it as I type. I have osteoarthritis of the spine that often leaves me in bed for a several days at a time. This heating pad has been my faithful companion through it all.

I like the fact that it is moist or dry heat and especially the fact that I can machine wash it. I have washed it many, many times now and it is still holding up well. It stays soft and pliable unlike the old style vinyl pads did. And I don't have to wrap a towel around it to keep it from burning me.

I really like the"split" cord design. After I put the pad on I don't have to take it off to get up for restroom breaks. I just tuck the "pigtail" over the top, pull my blouse down over it and no one knows that I have it on. When I get back, I can easily connect it up again without having to bend over to reach the outlet.

The only thing that would make it better for me would be a 12 volt plug for the cigarette lighter. When we have to travel any distance, I use a power inverter to plug it in.

I have more than gotten my money's worth from this pad and I highly recommend to anyone.

This product is great!! It fits where you need it and stays where you put it.

What more could I want?  It's a wonderful product.
