Plus-Deluxe dry/moist heat pad
Using the sponge (a polyester pad), wetting and wringing the sponge is adaptable. It needs a long dousing under the tap water and squeezing so the pad soaks thoroughly. Wringing it out, I have not learned which amount of soaking and wringing yet provides the most proficiency. Yet, having the controller on the hottest setting seems to be a requirement for a proper moist heat.

I've been very happy with this product until it stopped working recently. Perhaps i can simply buy a new one with some discount? Thanks.
