Honeywell Quiet Care Cool Moisture Multi Room Humidifier

I PURCHASED THE HONEYWELL HCM 6009 QUIET-CARE HUMIDIFIER ON THE AMAZON.COM WEBSITE.  I READ MANY OF THE CUSTOMER REVIEWS ON THEIR SATIFACTION LEVELS AND FOUND THAT ABOUT 90% OF THE REVIEWS I READ WERE MOSTLY 5 STAR AND 4 STAR REVIEWS.  THE OTHER THING I LIKED ABOUT THIS HONEYWELL HCM 6009 HUMIDIFIER WAS THAT IT HAD AN UNCONDITIONAL 3-YEAR WARRANTY, WHICH TELLS ME IT WILL LAST AT LEAST 3 YEARS.  I LIVE IN A VERY DRY CLIMATE OUT WEST AND SO I WILL USE THIS ALL YEAR LONG--EVEN IN THE SUMMER MONTHS.  THIS HUMIDIFIER WAS PRICED AT $99.99 AND WAS REDUCED FROM IT'S ORIGINAL PRICE OF $150.00.  I ALSO RECEIVED FREE SHIPPING.  I HAVE HAD THIS PRODUCT 1 DAY(HAVING RECEIVED IT MONDAY, MARCH 4, 2013 IN THE LATE AFTERNOON.  IT WAS EASY TO PUT THE PIECES TOGETHER AND THE DIRECTIONS IN THE OPERATION OF THE HUMIDIFIER WERE VERY WELL WRITTEN.  I AM PLEASED WITH THE HUMIDIFER AND HOPE IN 3-6 MONTHS I WILL BE ABLE TO SEND IN AN UPDATED REVIEW OF THIS HUMIDIFIER TO AMAZON.COM AND TO KAZ.COM.  THE PRODUCT WAS ON BACK ORDER AND THE SCHEDULED DELIVERY WAS 4-6 WEEKS OR ABOUT APRIL 1-10TH, 2013,  YOUR KAZ MANUFACTURING(IN COOPERATION WITH AMAZON.COM) FOUND ONE THAT COULD BE DELIVERED IN LESS THAN A WEEK FROM WHEN I PURCHASED THE HUMIDIFIER AND I COULDN'T BE MORE PLEASED WITH IT'S PERFORMANCE AFTER THE 2ND DAYS USE.

I have only had this for a week with NO problems, so far.

My new cond 1300 square foot condo was so dry that furniture was developing splits and the cupboard panels were shrinking.  Purchased the HMC-6009 humidifier and in a 16 hour period it used 5 tanks of water!  It has run constantly on high and I see an appreciable difference in the air quality.  The cracks in table leaves etc. have begun to tighten up, indicating that they required moisture.  It seems to be doing the job and I find it relatively quiet even on high.  I will run it on high until the desired humidity is reached and then turn it to low to maintain the level.  The tanks are a little awkward to fill, but not nearly as bad as some have indicated.  So far so good!
