It was only used during winter months. It does have a 5 yr warranty so that is good. One Does not work ![]() Model # HZ-341BL, Part # 30LB341BUA0 (Not sure if this is the same as serial number) I purchased two of these space heaters a hear and one half ago, but today one of them just would not turn on anymore. It said it had a 5 year warranty. How do I go about requesting a repair or replacement through the warranty department?
