Two-Stages of odor protection: the CPZ™ filter is designed to assist in the removal of strong, powerful odors found in new carpeting, flooring, paint, etc. Each element of the CPZ™ filter helps to adsorb gases, odors and VOC's. The carbon pre-filter is included to help capture large airborne particles* as well as help with the removal of common household odors.
- For use in Honeywell air purifier models, 17450 and 43300
- CPZ filter should be replaced every 18 months
- Carbon Prefilter should be replaced every 1-3 months
*from the air that passes through the filter. Overall particle reduction is dependent on many factors, including the amount of air processed, the pollutant type and the pollutants' introduction rate into the environment

carbon filter
It does what it is for and does a good job.

I believed this would include all the filters needed for our Honeywell 17450. Unfortunately it included 2 of 3 filters needed and it was the 3rd filter we need to replace. I'm still looking to try and figure out which filter that is so I can order it! Very frustrating.
